ENROLLMENT

At Hilton Daycare, we accept all children Age 18 months and older based on space availabilty.  No child will be refused due to race, color, creed, or any other discrimintory reason.

At Hilton Daycare, we have less slots available than at a larger center.  This means that when you are looking at this site, all slots may be full.  If that is the case, you may be put on my waiting list.  At that point I will contact all parents who are a match for that space and begin the interview process with those who are still interested.  If I contact you and you are no longer interested, your child will be removed from the waiting list at that time.  The slots will be filled with the child who has been on the waiting list the longest who best fits the slot available.

Full-time slots take priority over part-time slots.  Part-time slots are available, however there are fewer of them than full time slots.  If you need a part-time slot, you may decide to reserve a full-time slot if it is available and you choose to do so.  In that case, full-time rates will apply.

INTERVIEW

When you decide you want to make a visit and see what your child will experience at Hilton Daycare, you will set up an interview.  This is when you will come with your child to see the daycare in person.  Please plan on at least an hour for the first meeting.  If we agree that your child is a match for daycare we will set up a second interview/enrollment meeting, this will take a half hour to an hour as we set up the contract and go over all required paperwork. There is a $30 enrollment fee, due before the second meeting.  These interveiws are very important, as they are a chance for you to get to see where your child will be attending, and will get you answers to many of your questions.  The interview is a chance for us to see if Hilton Daycare is right for your child.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT

Enrollment at Hilton Daycare is a fairly easy process.  After your initial interview, if you decide to enroll there will be an enrollment fee of $35.  This fee pays for the enrollment paperwork and other administrative fees.  After the enrollment fee is paid, you will be given all enrollment forms to take home and fill out.  At this time I will write up your contract based on the agreement for fees and hours decided on in your interview.  ALL enrollment paperwork must be completely filled out, your contract signed, and your first week of care paid for before your child may attend care.  I ask for paperwork to be dropped off before your child's first day of care.
